“Dock Holiday”, House #44, is your new oasis at Chesnut Bay. Built new in 2017, this lakefront “Modern Farmhouse” has it all. House is directly on the water with it’s own assigned boat slip and has 6 bedrooms, 4 baths and sleeps 16 being one of the largest capacity houses in Chesnut Bay. When you walk through the front doors you will see this house was built for multiple families and entertaining. Enormous 20′ x 30′ Open Kitchen and Great room enjoys fabulous direct views of the lake. Kitchen is one of the largest you will find with stainless appliance, modern cabinets, 9′ long serving island and bar seating for 4. Extra large farmhouse style dining table seats 8 and living room seats 7 making this main area a place that all can truly gather. Need some separation? Go downstairs and find another extra large great room with seating for 9 between a couch, love seat and game table. Wonder outside on the large covered deck and you will not want to leave this either. Covered deck seats 8 between the dining table and two rockers where you can enjoy both the beautiful sunrises for breakfast and sunsets for supper on the water. House was designed with views in mind and has 4 of the 6 bedrooms with lake views and both great room with incredible views of the lake. The bedrooms include a 2nd floor master (King Bed), 2nd Floor bedroom with two full beds, 2 main level bedrooms with Queen Beds, 2 Basement Bedrooms with Queen Beds and a basement living queen sleeper sofa sleeping a total of 16. Have a boat? “Dock Holiday” has an assigned private slip just steps away from basement near canoes. Don’t have a boat? Boat and jet ski rentals are steps away as well. “Dock Holiday” is adjacent to the wonderful Sharky’s restaurant and also very close to the mushroom pool. Walk out the basement to find backyard is large and looks like you are on a tropical island with the resorts Tiki huts and beach just ahead. No matter if you are here for fishing, swimming, water sports or just hanging out and enjoying the view, this new construction large 6 bedroom house has it all for you to enjoy your stay at the best lake community in Alabama!
