Happily Ever After, Home #47 sleeps 6, is lakefront, pool front and in the center of all of the action! This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom home, completed in March, 2018 is a lovely one level home. It has tile flooring throughout the kitchen, living areas and bathrooms with carpet in both of the bedrooms.

The lake side of the house offers a panoramic view from the glass sliding doors to one of the most incredible views of the lake.

A beautiful lakefront porch runs the length of the home offering dazzling views of the lake and in particular, the sunrises. It is a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise or a cool drink in the afternoon while the sun sets across the lake. The porch is also equipped with 2 ceiling fans to keep things cool no matter the weather.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig coffee machine, blender, toaster, pot and pans, full place settings for 6, an outdoor gas grill and much more. We have also equipped Happily Ever After with a Samsung, front loading, washer and dryer.

The master bedroom includes a queen size bed with a Beauty Rest Silver mattress, private tile bathroom with a large walk in tile shower, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and double glass, sliding door with private access to the home’s lakefront porch.

The second bedroom also includes a queen size bed with a BeautyRest Silver mattress, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and private access to the second bathroom with a shower and full tub.

We have also included an inflatable, queen size mattress so that an additional 2 people can stay in the unit, giving Happily Ever After the ability to sleep 6 people. The inflatable mattress, when inflated using the attached electric motor, will comfortably fit in the den by moving the coffee table alongside the sofa.

The living area is equipped with a dining table, leather sofa, leather loveseat, ceiling fan, large flat screen television and a Samsung Blu-ray high definition video disc player with built in Wi-Fi for streaming and an incredible view of the lake.

Happily Ever After, is only a few steps from the lake, the mushroom pool, the resort restaurant, the boat and jet ski rentals, the thatch hut lounge area, the sand volleyball court, the kayak rental and if you have a boat, this home includes a boat dock in front of the home. And, for the 4th of July parade and the in-season Friday night Street Parties, you will literally have a front row seat.

The Resort’s many amenities include: fishing, sand beach, swimming pools, lake swimming, boating, kayaking, putt putt golf, outdoor movie nights, sunning, shuffleboard, zip lining, volleyball, basketball and an incredible waterpark opening summer 2018. There is a fee for the use of some of these amenities.

Back porch: The back porch has one of the best “sunrise” views in the resort. There is also ample seating and 2 overhead fans for relaxing and enjoying the lake front view. Other: Samsung front loading washer and dryer, infrared outdoor grill, tiled kitchen, dining area, living area and bathrooms with carpeted bedrooms, nostalgic front porch glider for two and an inflatable, queen size mattress. Free Wi-Fi and daily garbage pick up as well as boat pier.

RESTRICTIONS: No pets. No smoking.

TERMS: 4 night rental minimum for High Season weekend stays. 4 night holiday weekend minimum. $85 cleaning fee and 10% Alabama Lodging Tax applicable per rental. Effective November 1st 2017 Cherokee County Surcharge Tax $2.00 per night.
